Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and West End Studios, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of Aligned Life (the "Service") available at alignedlife.app.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Aligned Life is a personal productivity and wellness application designed to help you track virtues and accomplishments. The Service includes features such as:

• Virtue Log: Track and reflect on personal virtues and habits
• Done Jar: Record and celebrate your accomplishments

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

User Content

The Service allows you to create, store, and manage personal content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content and are not liable for any User Content.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by West End Studios, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"Aligned Life" and associated logos are trademarks of West End Studios, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as authentication providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. The Service is intended for personal productivity purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, or otherwise).

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEST END STUDIOS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless West End Studios, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing privacy@alignedlife.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will delete your User Content within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and West End Studios, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
